I have had to add £2.50 toward postage as the cat is too fat to be considered for a 'large letter' delivery. She has had to go as a small parcel! She is still travelling 1st class though!
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from The Artful Bobbin but if, for any reason, you change your mind, please let us know, via our site contact form or email, within fourteen days of receiving your item. You then have a futher fourteen days to return it to us, in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, including any standard postage you paid when you originally placed your order (unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs for sending the item back to us, unless it is faulty or was damaged when you received it). We in turn will refund your original method of payment within fourteen days of receving the item back from you.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds on specially personalised items and commissioned work, so the terms above apply only to our standard stock.
There is no extra charge for postage for purchases from The Artful Bobbin which are sent by Royal Mail second class post (sent out to you within three working days). If you need an item in a hurry, do please get in touch as first class post or Special Delivery can be arranged, if you are happy to pay the balance.
On receiving your order and payment, Sally and Pip will prepare and package your item or items with great care. As they live in different villages, if you make a multiple item order combining both art and sewn purchases, you will most likely receive two separate packages although sometimes it may be possible to combine them. You'll find an email pinging into your inbox once your item is on the way!
We regret that we are currently unable to send to destinations outside the UK but hope that might change at some point in the future.
